G.S.O Electrical Services Ltd officially opened in May 1990 as Zanussi repair agents. All technical staff had previously worked as Zanussi engineers.
	G.S.O today: We use a fully computerised call logging, fault pre - diagnostics, and stock control system. All the listed post-coded areas are attended every day by a workforce of highly trained engineers.

The level of training achieved:

• D.A.T.E.S certification for all technical staff.
• Corgi registration.
• Refrigeration systems including R134a and R600a.
• All staff have received laundry training from Proctor and Gamble.
• Call receptionists are fully trained in call filtering, to avoid unnecessary service calls.

All engineers operate out of vehicles that are stocked with a comprehensive range of spares and equipment. ln addition all our service calls are pre - forecasted and the engineers issued a daily stock of relevant spares. As each engineer has mobile communication with our call centre any spare part requirement can be requested immediately and, therefore, speed the completion of any repairs.
